brand and communication strategies for a full square block
in downtown Minneapolis, including a 49 story office tower
and an adjacent, newly-renovated retail and dining space.
Branding and design efforts for this 22 year old property
highlight the positive attributes of the skyscraper and how
efficiencies, services, and conveniences of the attached
City Center make this location an amenity to employees,
clients, and prospects alike. A modified name coupled with
an energetic and memorable visual identity marks the start
of the tower’s next 20 years. The resulting design and
communication materials are founded in comprehensive
research and analysis conducted by Tilka Design.
